800 Inc. Terms of Use
Please read these terms of use (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the website, mobile applications and services offered by 800 Inc, and its subsidiaries. This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website at 800incorporate.org (the “Site”), mobile applcations, and services provided by 800 Incorporated (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “User” or “You”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and / or available via hyperlinks. This Agreement applies to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.
The Agreement is between you and 800 Incorporated, wherever you may reside globally. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile for 800 Incorporated.
800 Incorporated will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
Eligibility of Membership
Age
800 Incorporated services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
800 Incorporated may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use 800 Incorporated services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by 800 Incorporated policies.
In addition, some services offered by 800 Incorporated may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by 800 Incorporated from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Password
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify 800 Incorporated of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that 800 Incorporated cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than 800 Incorporated without 800 Incorporated express written permission.
Account Information
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. For payments you must provide and maintain valid payment information such as valid credit card information.
Account Transfer
You may not transfer or sell your 800 Incorporated account and User ID to another party. You are responsible for all activity of the account and User ID. If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
Right to Refuse Service
800 Incorporated services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended 800 Incorporated members. 800 Incorporated reserves the right, in 800 Incorporated’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. 800 Incorporated reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Fees and Billing
Changes to the Fees Policy and the fees for 800 Incorporated services are effective after 800 Incorporated provides you with at least seven (7) days’ notice by posting the changes on the Site. However, 800 Incorporated may choose to temporarily change the Fees Policy and the fees for 800 Incorporated services for promotional events; such changes are effective when 800 Incorporated posts the temporary promotional event on the Site. 800 Incorporated may, at 800 Incorporated’s sole discretion, change some or all of 800 Incorporated’s services at any time. In the event 800 Incorporated introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or in US Dollars (USD).
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency agreed)
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using 800 Incorporated. 800 Incorporated provides tools that detail the fees that are owed for a given period.
A qualifying order is one where a buyer has received their purchase and has had at least five (5) days to confirm that their purchase is in order.
In certain situations, including but not limited to a void or invalid transaction, 800 Incorporated may issue a credit for the applicable fees to a seller’s billing statement.
Fees and Termination
If 800 Incorporated terminates an order on your account, if you close your account, or if the payment of your 800 Incorporated fees cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay 800 Incorporated for all unpaid fees plus any penalties, if applicable.
If the account is not paid in full and becomes past due, the risks penalties such as the suspension of privileges and / or termination of the account and other collection mechanisms (including retaining collection agencies and legal counsel).

Products, Offers and Selling
800 Incorporated maintains an organised, centralised product catalogue. 800 Incorporated does its best to accurately describe items and all terms of sale on its website(s).
Products
A product is an entry in 800 Incorporated organised product catalogue or leasing catalogue. Our product listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All products are listed in an appropriate category.
Offers
An offer is a 800 Incorporated proposal to sell a given quantity of product at a given price.
Services Pricing:
All pricing shown on the pricing page of the 800 Incorporated website are subject to change at any given period of time. The variability in pricing and availability will occur from time to time due to inventory, rise in costs from the manufacturer or other unforeseen circumstances.
Resolution of Disputes and Release
Disputes with 800 Incorporated
In the event a dispute arises between you and 800 Incorporated, please contact 800 Incorporated. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Dubai International Finance Centre (“DIFC”), Dubai using the English language in accordance with the DIFC Arbitration Law then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, who shall be selected from the appropriate list of DIFC LCIA arbitrators in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of DIFC LCIA Arbitration Centre. The prevailing party in any arbitration or other proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and all other expenses) incurred in connection therewith. Judgment upon the award so rendered may be entered in a court having jurisdiction or application may be made to such court for judicial acceptance of any award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party shall have the right to institute an action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief pending a final decision by the arbitrator. For all purposes of this Agreement, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the DIFC, Dubai. Use of the Services is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Agreement, including without limitation, this section. You and 800 Incorporated agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services (including, but not limited to, any services provided or made available therein) or this Agreement must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
Disputes with Users or Third Parties
In the event a dispute arises between you and another user or a third party, 800 Incorporated encourages you to contact the user or third party to resolve the dispute amicably.
If a buyer and seller are unable to resolve a dispute resulting from a transaction that occurs on 800 Incorporated, they may choose to participate in 800 Incorporated’s case system in order to resolve the dispute. Cases are escalated for review and resolution by 800 Incorporated.
You may also report user-to-user disputes to your local law enforcement, postmaster general, or a certified mediation or arbitration entity, as applicable.
You release 800 Incorporated (and 800 Incorporated officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes with one or more users, or an outside party.
Refund and Return Policy
800 Incorporated has a 14 day return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returns should be made within 14 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer’s packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.
If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25-50% of the original selling price from the refund amount. The shipping for the return will be covered by 800 incorporated as a courtesy to the customer. In addition refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Cancellation and Delivery Policy
800 Incorporated strives to provide it’s customers with an efficient and easy to use order and delivery service. 800 Incorporated avoids selling any products that are not available in directly accessible inventory. To assist it’s customers, 800 Incorporated tries to provide accurate stock information on it’s website, however this information is a guide and may not be relied on for order confirmation.
Customers are provided with an option of picking from multiple delivery slots. On occasion some delivery slots may not be available if their cut off time has passed or if the delivery slot has been filled with other orders. While we try very hard to ensure that all deliveries take place on time, unfortunately elements such as traffic, weather and on occasion, fulfilment delays may contribute to delays in delivery.
If a delivery cancellation is to be made, it must be done 24 hours prior to its actual shipment or the customer will be charged the full amount for delivery to and from the destination of delivery.
800 Incorporated Intellectual Property
800 Incorporated, and other 800 Incorporated graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of 800 Incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and / or other countries. 800 Incorporated trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and / or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
Privacy
Except as provided in 800 Incorporated’s Privacy Policy 800 Incorporated will not sell or disclose your personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) to third parties without your explicit consent. 800 Incorporated stores and processes Content on computers located in the United States and other jurisdictions that are protected by physical as well as technological security.
Liability Limit
In no event shall 800 Incorporated, and (as applicable) 800 Incorporated’s subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or 800 Incorporated’s suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and / or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the site, 800 Incorporated’s services, or this agreement, including without limitation, lost profits, bodily injury, emotional distress, or any special, incidental or consequential damages.
No Guarantee
800 Incorporated does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside 800 Incorporated’s control.
Legal Compliance, Licensing and Approvals, Taxes
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Site and any 800 Incorporated service and, if applicable, your listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.
Should you require licensing, business licensing, approval of government related bodies or approvals from government to use the Site and any 800 Incorporated services, you shall be responsible for acquiring any such licenses or approvals.
In addition, you shall be responsible for paying any and all taxes applicable to any purchases or sales of items you make using the Services (excluding any taxes on 800 Incorporated’s net income).
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
800 Incorporated Service
800 Incorporated reserves the right to modify or terminate the 800 Incorporated service for any reason, without notice, at any time. 800 Incorporated reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use or other Site policies at any time, so please review the policies frequently. If 800 Incorporated makes a material change 800 Incorporated will notify you here, by email, by means of a notice on our homepage, or other places 800 Incorporated deems appropriate. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at 800 Incorporated’s sole discretion, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
Refund Policy
800 Incorporated provides a 3 day refund policy for all shipped items bought online provided that the item was a manufacturer defect, damaged during shipping or required a recall. All refunds are to be only processed based on proof of purchase being shown to the 800 Incorporated refunds team. Refunds are processed within 14-30 days after the item is received at the 800 Incorporated fulfillment center.
Lease payments and other services that do not deal with tangible items such as oil changes, checkups, etc do not have a refund policy unless and otherwise stated by 800 Incorporated. The refunds for these services are subject to the approval of the approriate party at 800 Incorporated.
Proof of Purchase
800 Incorporated requires all users who make payments online to retain a receipt of their transactions for their own purposes.
Accepted Payments
800 Incorporated accepts all major credit cards online on its checkout page. This is only valid for payments taken online on 800 Incorporated website(s).
Choice of Law
This Agreement shall in all respects be interpreted and construed with and by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disclosures
The services hereunder are offered by 800 Incorporated with its registered address at Al Manara Complex, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
